Exhibitor Information
Suppliers of accommodation goods and services are invited to provide
exhibit booths at the conference. A total of 20 booth spaces are
available. You may register
online.

Continental breakfast and breaks are located in the exhibit area
to provide better traffic. There is also a reception in the exhibit
area from
5:00
p.m.
to
7:00
p.m. on Monday.There are 4 hours of unopposed time including the reception.

Registration for exhibitors is
$700 which includes one staff member. In addition to the benefits
received by participants, the exhibitor fee includes:
- one 10' wide booth space
with a table, chair, and 500 watts of electricity
- continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunches both days for
one person.
- an unopposed hors d'oeuvres reception with cash bar on
Monday evening (in the exhibit area)
- a listing of the organization name and description in the conference
proceedings and on the conference Web site
The fee for each additional exhibitor staff
member is $400. An additional 8'x10' space may be added to
an exhibit for $400.

Payment must be received before your organization will be listed
as a Confirmed Exhibitor with full information on the JAN Conference
Web site and in the Conference proceedings.
Exhibitors must register and pay in full by July 20 to ensure their
information will be included in the Conference proceedings and on
the Conference
Web
site. Exhibitors are encouraged to register
early to gain additional exposure on the Conference Web site and to
ensure
a booth
space.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject
to a $50.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be made, less the $50.00
fee, if the cancellation is received by Friday, July 20, 2007. No-shows
and cancellations received after July 20, 2007, are non-refundable.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own security and for providing
their own handouts and promotional materials in alternative formats.
If you cannot attend the conference but would like to have materials
available for participants to pick up, you may arrange this service
for a fee of $50.
You also might want to consider combining a Sponsorship
of the Conference with your exhibit to increase
your exposure.

If packages weigh more than 50 pounds, contact the hotel. A receiving
and storage fee of $6.00 per day will apply to boxes under 50 pounds.
